Shipping information

When can I expect to receive my package?
Every single item on Cleopatra’s Makeup is custom product just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Do my order will arrive on time for Christmas?
To make sure your awesome gift arrives on time for Christmas, we suggest you follow to below cutoff dates. After these dates, we can’t guarantee that your order will arrive on time for Christmas.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team and we’ll be happy to assist you!

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives?
Cleopatra’s Makeup is not responsible for any customs, duty or tax fees determined by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional fees required.

Iím not satisfied with the quality, what should I do?
You’re not in love with your product, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.
